8. In situation that the product is out of stock, a full refund will be made.

9a. Upon receiving funds into our bank, your order will be mail out within 3 working days
using SingPost.
Do note that transfer of funds within the same bank (i.e. DBS/ POSB bank) is immediate
and other banks may possibly take up to 2-3 working days. Transfer made using bank
participating under "FAST" (Fast And Secure Transfer) will be almost immediate.
9b. Delivery by Courier (we use Ta.Q.Bin) is applicable for certain products only (due to the
weight and size).
Price for courier will depend on size and weight of your order.
In order for us to arrange for courier, we will require the following information after
payment is made

- For total order above S$100 and within the weight of 2kg,
You get to enjoy FREE Registered Mail Postage within Singapore.
- For total order above S$100 and within the weight of 2.01kg to 25kg,
You get to enjoy FREE Courier within Singapore.
10b. For purchases under $100 , following rates apply:
- For order within weight of 2kg,
** Normal Mail: $1 flat rate
** Registered Mail: Please Top Up $3.25 (that would be $1 flat rate + $2.25 for registered mail)
- For order within weight of 2.01kg to 25kg,
** Charges by Ta.Q.Bin applies (see below for charges)
11. Please note that there is always a possibility of delay or lost mail sent via Normal Mail.
No refund will be made, No replacement will be given for lost or damaged parcels sent via
Normal Mail.
We encourage you to opt for registered mail (for purchase below $100) as we will not be
responsible for lost or damaged parcel.
As a general guideline for SingPost Delivery leadtime,
- Normal Mail: 3 to 5 working days (occasionally, singpost can take up to 2 to 3 weeks for delivery)
- Registered Mail: 2 working days and trackable
